Q: How are the goods shipped?

Q: After I make the payment, How long or when can I receive my goods?
A: Once the payment is confirmed, we will immediately 1) Arrange, 2) Quality Check (QC), 3) Pack and 4) Send out the items - this normally takes about 1 days or 2 days in high seasons. Once sent out, the parcel takes about 1-2 days for local address. 1-2weeks for most asian countries and 2-4 week for foreign countries.
Q: How do I know the status of my order?
A: We will closely update the order status for your order online (You can view the order status for your order after your login at our website). Once your order is shipped out, we will immediately update the order status and send you the order update email with tracking information to let you know the status and trace your parcel.
Q: Can I know the shipping cost before I confirm the payment?
A: First of all, you can roughly have an idea for how much the shipping cost is about at "Shipping Rate" page. For more detailed shipping cost for your order, you can see the weight and estimate the shipping cost by pressing "ESTIMATE SHIPPING" when finish your shopping and before checkout .
Q: How do I know the quality of your products?
A: CYNTHIA.COM.SG has long been well-known and recognized for its high quality material, delicate workmanship and the high demand for it's long lasting design. We try our best to keep the quality as good at reasonable prices as we can.
Q: What if the products received have quality problems?
A: We have tried our very best to have each piece of items quality checked twice by two different QC staff before packing so as to make sure the products will be well received with satisfaction and no quality problems. However, in order to provide the best customer service, we do provide after-sales service. Please refer to the after-sales page for conditions for "Applicable" and "Not applicable" for product returns.
Q: What payment methods can I use?
A: At this moment in time, we only accept instand credit card payment thru Paypal.
Q: Do you have shop where I can choose and buy the products on the spot?
A: We do NOT server walk-in buyers. Since the majority of our orders come from overseas buyers, our office is now only for processing orders , quality checking and parcel packing only.
Q: Do you ship internationally to my country?
A: At this moment in time, we only ship to the following 11 countries:
United States of America (US), United Kingdom (GB), Australia (AU), Canada (CA), Germany (DE), Poland (PL), Singapore (SG), Malaysia (MY), Thailand (TH), Indonesia (ID) and Locally Hong Kong (HK). Buyers not in the above shipping countries have to select "Self Pickup" and arrange the shipping on their own.
Q: Is shipping cost or tax included in the listed prices?
A: No, the listed prices are for the product only. The shipping cost or tax is not included.
